We met up with a local Orange County flight instructor named Connor. When he’s not flying over PCH in his family’s Cessna, he’s instructing others on how to fly.

We reached out after seeing a video of him and his plane and offered to help with some quality photo and video work. He accepted, and off we went to meet Connor and check out what his turbo’d Cessna could do.

We got the answer to a question we kind of already knew the answer to: we have the plane bug.

We’ve flown in helicopters before, but never a prop plane, so we got lucky with this one. There’s something about looking down over PCH and recognizing the beaches we’ve lived around our entire lives, only to have the little shudder of the plane hitting turbulence remind you that you’re basically sitting in a car with wings.

We assume the more we fly, the less that feeling will make us weary. For now, we’re just looking forward to the next flight.
